Machine Summary:
*This machine is specially designed for deep hole processing of cylindrical workpiece.
*It can perform different processing, such as drilling, boring, expanding and roller burnishing, etc. *Besides machining through-hole, it can also process step hole and blind hole.
*The machine tool is suitable for production of special cylinder, coal cylinder, hydraulic machinery, high pressure boiler tube, petroleum, military, electrics and airspace, etc.
Performance and Features:
*The process adopts the mode of workpiece rotating and tools feeding, if necessary the tool can be also rotary. With the workpiece rotating and the tool feeding.
*The cutting fluid reaches the cutting area by oil supply device or through boring bar end, the chip removal adopts BTA type. When boring, cutting fluid pushes chips forward out of headstock end.
*The machine can be equipped with drilling box, achieving double rotation of workpiece and tools, and the single action is also available for meet the different processing demand. Under the conditions of lower speed rotation of the workpiece, the processing efficiency and quality can be assured.
*The machine has a wide application according to different processing demand.
*DB-350 is equipped with workhead box, but isn't equipped with boring box or drilling box; DB-350A add to boring box or drilling box on the basis of the DB-350, so higher efficiency machining deep hole for cylindrical workpieces.
*The machine consists of bed body, headstock, drilling and boring box (optional), chuck body, feed carriage, oil feeder, cooling system, chip removal device, steady rest, hydraulic system, boring bar support, motor and electrical system, etc.

*Workpiece support and steady rest
The machine has workpiece rests and closed steady rest. They are used to clamp and position the workpiece
with the good stability during process.
*Drilling(boring) bar rest
Three pieces of holder are equipped in standard configuration. The holder is in
Two half-tile structure up and down, which is easy for changing of the drilling
bar. It is used to support the bar, control moving direction of the drilling bar and
remove the vibration.
*Headstock For Clamping Workpiece
The box adopts high quality casting, with artificial aging treatment. The machine spindle head is short cone flange structure. The headstock spindle is treated by dynamic balancing, which keeps stable rotation and bearing
accuracy. The headstock mainly offer powerful torque, which is used for workpiece rotation with 12steps speed.
The spindle box adopts powerful oil lubrication. The spindle has the excellent rigidity, high strength, and good
precision retaining ability. The chuck can choose 3-jaw chuck or 4-jaw chuck.
*Boring and Drilling bar box (Special equipment)
For the A- type series machine tool. The box adopts 30KW AC asynchronous machine, the rotation speed is
40 to 670r/min,adopting 12steps speed changing. The spindle has the excellent rigidity, high strength, and
good precision retaining ability. Drilling or boring bar is mounted in the box for tool's feeding and retracting.
The configuration of the drilling bar box greatly improves the workpiece processing speed and precision.
Packaging & Shipping
*Firstly packed by waterproof cloth and then in wooden case.
*Few parts may need to be taken down and be packed in wooden case.
*According to customer's different require, wo can adopt different packaging.
