PART 1--- PRODUCT DISCRIPTION
Features:
1.VKB-A grooving machine uses precision ball screw as power transmission components, with the
features of high processing accuracy and other features, which is very important to high-end
products. The foreign machine usually adopts this structure.
2.The machine adopts 3-axis CNC, X-axis(longitudinal feed of tool nose),Y-axis(feed mechanism),
Z-axis (vertical feed of tool nose), servo control,realizing full-automatic working, which improve the
working accuracy of dadoing.
3.The material clamping system adopts hydraulic system as power , with strong pressure and reliable
fastening force. Meanwhile it is with lower noise and uses little energy.
4.The backward feed mechanism adopts double ball screw to drive, with high precision positioning
accuracy of the board's surface.
5.The toolpost's slideway adopts cast iron material, with good characteristics for wear resistance and
reparability ,ensuring that its service life an be as long as 10 years.
6.The CNC system is designed reasonably which is easy to learn. As long as the parameter is input
the machine can work automaticlly. And it takes many chain safeguard measure to make sure that
the machine can work safely.
7.The CNC system, PLC, Servo motor, Motor reducer, Linear guideway , Ball screw and other
important parts are imporeted or domestic famous brand products.
8.The main structural parts has made heat treatment to eliminate stress, which ensures that the
equipment can keep long-term processing accuracy.
