Performance and Feature
The numerical control vertical and horizontal double shaft round table surface grinding machine is special product developed by our company through absorbing domenstic and international advanced grinding machine structure technology.
General layout of the machine is workbench regularly rotates on the round guide of body, double upright column crossbeam, carriage is longitudinally reciprocated on the crossbeam, double grinding head structure,grinding head is vertically moved along the carriage, steady and compact overall strucyure, high precision, reliable performance, good manufacturability, convenient operation and use.
Horizontal grinding head adopts edge grinding of grinding wheel, upper and lower plane and inside hole, and can grinding the taper hole through insertion. The product is applicable to grinding of annular parts(such as value plates, saw blades and seal rings), and can grinding the simple annular curve surface on the end face.
The casting adopts resin sand casting process, good meterical(Ht250), high strength, is processed after manual aging treatment, precision is stable.
The machine adopts gantry structural form; the workbench adopts round static pressure guide, stable running and good shock absorption.
Crossbeam and carriage are installed in the upright column, carriage is installed in the crossbea, and grinding head and vertical slide carriage are installed in the carriage. Grinding wheel dresser is placed on the workbench, can be automatically trimmed through programming,also can be manually trimmed through electronic handwheel, the whole trimming process is convenient and quantitatively.
Grinding head is divided into vertical grinding head and horizontal grinding head,vertical grinding head can be moved 45°to the maximum.
Automatic lubricating pump automatically injects oil into lubrication parts regularly and quantitatively.
Machine tool cooling is independent water tank, supplies water through water pump, equips with magnetic separator for separating from scrap iron, and makes coolant clean and durable
Hydraulic parts of machine tool adopts independent oil tank, passea through oil filter, oil pump, pressure valve and distributor, supplies static pressure guide, oil supply system is equipped with pressure relay, oil pump is not started, pressure relay is not acted, workbench can be started uo, effectively guarantee the guide safety.
