Part 1---Machine Information

Features:

·It is applicable for grinding crank journal of auto, tractor and diesel engine repairing, and also fit for common cylindrical grinding.  Rapid feed of wheelhead and table longitudinal movement are all driven by hydraulic.
·The machine is equipped with safe interlocking structure. when machining the crank, turn the switch to "crank", if the wheelhead is in position of grinding, the worktable is only manual drive; if in the position of return, the worktable can be hydraulic driven.
·When grinding common workpieces, the worktable is of longitudinal motion with hydraulic driving and its speed can be adjusted steplessly. Feeding of wheelhead can be transmitted by hand wheel.
·Workpieces are clamped by centers or chucks and driven by headstock motor, grinding manually.
·Application of both manual and hydraulic transmission methods to realize longitudinal motion of the working table.
·Workpieces, grinding wheel, cooling pump and oil pump and oil pump are all driven by separated motor.
