CNC Horizontal Gear Hobbing Machine (HMKX6016)

Features:
1. The machine is intended for cutting straight-tooth splines with all kind of tooth shape by using hobbing method. 
2. It is also used for cutting straight-tooth collecting shaft gears and straight-tooth gears, as well as cutting taper splines and stepped gears.
3. The electric cabinet separated NC form powerful electricity is mounted on the machine, it takes less area. The hob speed is adjustable from 60 to 600 r/min steplessly, but it can reach 200 to 600 r/min if power is constant. 
3. In addition, dry cutting can be carried out in the condition of wind cooling.
4. This is a high efficient machine for cutting splines and gears in batches or mass production, which is suitable for automobiles, tractors and machine building industries etc.
