Precision Gap Bed Lathe

Features:
1. Guide-way is processed by medium- frequency quenching, and it use TURCITE-B for guide-way.
2. The spindle system is high in rigidity and accuracy.
3. An automatic stopping device is used to realize automatic stop in a certain length.
4. With gap or without gap can be chosen.
5. Three kinds of spindle bore:
   DL-...A series with 52mm spindle bore;
   DL-...B series with 80mm spindle bore;
   DL-...C series with 105mm spindle bore.
6. Two kinds of headstock design can be chosen.
 
Standard Accessories:
3 jaw chuck, 4 jaw chuck, Dead center, Reduction sleeve, Oil gun, Coolant system, Working light, Face plate, Steady rest, Follow rest, Chasing dial indicator.
 
Optional Accessories:
