* The machine adopts vertical, single-column and double-chamfering head design, fully enclosed cover, compact structure and easy operation;

* Siemens 808D CNC system control, CNC programming interpolation processing principle, can perform full tooth profile chamfering processing on the two end faces of various disk gears at the same time;

* When the involute gear product is processed for the first time, it is only necessary to input the gear profile parameters on the CNC system interface to automatically generate the processing program, and the human-machine interface of the CNC system can perform processing fine-tuning; in the second processing, in addition to changing the tooling, just call out the program. the machine tool will no longer be adjusted; if the tooling is universal, it can realize quick production change in one minute, especially suitable for multi-variety small batch and large batch production.
