High Precision CNC Vertical Grinding Machine

Introduction of Machine:

* Grinding of the inner hole, outer circle, conical surface and end face of the part can be completed in one clamping.

* The machine is a gantry structure, which consists of double columns, beams and bed to form a closed rigid frame structure.

* Buckle-type sliding seat: It can better support the gravity of the beam to the sliding seat and the main shaft in the vertical direction.

* One-piece bed column: It can ensure the long-term stability of the machine tool and is not easy to deform.

* Horizontal carriages are arranged on the beams, and vertical grinding heads are respectively installed on the horizontal carriages.

* The diamond roller dresser is installed at one end of the table and used to dress the side and bottom surfaces respectively.

* The machine tool control adopts the advanced vertical grinding machine special system, which automatically controls the vertical and lateral feed of the grinding head, the automatic rotation of the W-axis angle, the hydraulic drive of the worktable, and the hand-held electric handwheel.

* Cooling and filtering system: During grinding and grinding wheel dressing, it can cool the workpiece and wash the grinding wheel. Filtration adopts magnetic separator, paper filtration and natural sedimentation three-stage filtration.
The flow of coolant is 600L, with a freezer.

* Equipped with automatic quantitative centralized lubrication system to lubricate the guide rails and screw rods of each feed axis, with automatic lubrication mode.

* The machine tool adopts fully enclosed protection (the working area and the rear half of the machine tool are fully enclosed, the front operation position and the material loading position), which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance.
