The general-purpose CNC single-column vertical lathe is widely used in precisionmachining of internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, planes, grooving.cutting, threading, and rotary surfaces of discs, rings, and rotary parts. The whole machinehas compact structure, small footprint and high cost performance.

Product structure features:
1.Seated structure, glue injection on the joint surface of the column and the base, effective heat absorption and shock isolation,high rigidity and vibration resistance of the whole mchine; 
2.Vertical shaft main transmission, headstock gear adopts quenching process, two-speed stepless speed change,encoder is installed in the center of the spindle, and has constant linear speed cutting function; 
3.The beam can be stopped at any position within the travel range of the column,highly humanized design, easy to operate; 
4.The guide rails of the X and Z axes of the tool holder are made of wear-resistant sheets, and the surface of the guide rails is quenched to improve the wear resistance of the ram surface, and the guide rails have a long service life and high precision retention; 
5.Machine, electricity and hydraulic machine are integrated,circular protection,compact structure,small footprint, convenient transportation and installation,saving installation and adjustment cycle; 
6.The position of the grating scale is reserved for the beam and the vertical tool post; 
7.Optional Universal tool post and 12-station tool magazine.
