1. Machine Bed
This series of machine tools adopts an integral bed with a 30° bevel, and the bed material is HT300. It is cast using resin sand technology, and the internal rib layout is reasonable. The guide rail adopts imported linear roller guide rails, which have improved feeding accuracy, low friction resistance, good rigidity, high resistance to vibration and deformation, and can enable users to obtain higher processing accuracy and increase the speed of rapid movement, and obtain higher production efficiency.
2. Two spindle feed
The saddle moves along the bed in the Z-axis direction, and the slide drives the tool holder to move in the X-axis direction. Both are connected by the servo motor and the ball screw through the coupling. The screw uses imported high-precision ball screws with high precision and accurate transmission.
3. Chuck cylinder
The chuck of this machine tool is standard configuration, which can meet the processing needs of most users. It can also be configured with products from other manufacturers according to user needs
4. Saddle and slide plate
The saddle of this machine is cast as a whole with HT300, and the slide plate and tool holder are placed on the saddle. The slide plate and the tool holder move on the saddle using imported roller guide rails. The movement in the X-axis direction is driven by a servo motor directly connected to a ball screw through an elastic coupling. The screw uses imported high-precision ball screws with high precision and accurate transmission.
