 Centerless Grinding Machine

 

The main body and components are cast in one go with high-grade cast iron FC30, and then subjected to artificial normalization heat treatment and natural aging treatment for more than six months. The components are processed by world-class equipment such as YASDA, MITSUI SEIKI, TOSHIBA, and ELB, and the precision size can reach the micron level, ensuring the high precision of the basic components of the equipment.

The spindle is made of SNCM-21H alloy steel, which is subjected to quenching and tempering, carburizing heat treatment, and then computer-controlled deep cold treatment. The surface hardness reaches HRC-62° or more, and the single-side effective hardening layer reaches more than 1.5mm.

The servo motor is cleverly designed and installed on the adjustment wheel box and directly driven by a synchronous belt. It can tilt at the same time as the adjustment wheel during grinding to ensure that the two pulleys are always parallel, overcoming the inertia loss and chain angle caused by the multi-section transmission of the chain of the old centerless grinder, and avoiding the frequent replacement of chains and zipper springs.

The automatic lubrication circulating oil of the spindle (high-grade spindle oil 10#) and the oil pressure dressing device use the same oil pump and external oil tank, which is convenient for cleaning and oil changing. The spindle circulating oil is filtered through a double-circuit device and equipped with a pressure controller to ensure the life of the spindle.
