 Features:
1 Adopt high quality cast iron (HT300) one molding casting, bed width (600mm). After the second aging treatment, it has the feature of stable performance, good rigidity, anti-vibration ability.
2 Spindle is supported by precision heavy load bearing, rotating stability and smoothly.
3 Spindle driven by high-power frequency main motor, spindle speed change is automatic, manual 4 gear shift (manual 2 gear shift for QK-300F), stepless speed within shift controlled by the S code, achieving stepless speed and constant linear cutting.
4 The X-direction and Z-direction use the precision and grade ball screw, ensured a high processing accuracy, positioning accuracy and repostioning accuracy.
5 Automatic forced circulation lubrication make the transmission system is flexible and effectively cool.
6 Before delivery all lathe will be tested by British RENISHAW laser detector for dynamic accuracy detection and compensation, so the lathe has a high positioning accuracy and repositioning accuracy
