Its structure and kinematical mechanics conform with the principle of broaching engineering mechanics, which increases the service life of cutting tool. The machine uses a method of advanced mechanical design. As main bearing parts of the machine is highly symmetrical in structure, the acting force is even and symmetrical during working process and there is no bias torque, which minimize the effect of deformation and wear extent of main force bearing components on the radial and axial accuracy of workpiece. Thus, the machine has high accuracy stability and long service life.
