1 After years of improvement and running-in, this pipe threading lathe is already a high-performance lathe with mature structure and stable performance.
2 The lathe is mainly used in oil field, suitable for processing and repairing drill pipe, drill collar, coupling, casing, and so on. At the same time suitable for processing complex shape of the shaft, disk parts, such as turning inner and outer cylindrical surface, conical surface, end face.
3 For Q-280: equipped with front and rear manual 4-jaw chuck (800mm); For Q-330 and Q-360 : equipped with front and rear electric 4-jaw chuck (780mm/850mm), motorized clamping workpieces.
4  All lathes are equipped with rapid feed motor for X/Z-axis quickly positioning, reduce operating intensity and machining assistance time, improve machining efficiency.

 Features:
1 Adopts premium cast-iron with hardened and ground guideway, 755mm width bed improves enough rigidity and large loading capacity (6000kg), to meet heavy duty cutting for customers.
2 The spindle box adopts a symmetrical structure to make the thermal deformation uniform and avoid the offset of the center of the spindle. To reduce thermal deformation, the headstock is lubricated with an oil bath cycle.
3 Simple and clear operating handles on the spindle box & feed-box make easier gear shift and speed change.
4 Through operating the handles on the headstock to gain wide spindle speed range for customer's choices, various steps feed speed for meeting different processing process and threads cutting.
5 Using famous-brand screw (cross and longitudinal) and rack, make sure movement smooth and stable, and improve threading machining accuracy.
6 Heavy-duty closed steady rest can cutting thin and long work-pieces, provide the turning accuracy of machine. Manual tail-stock is moved by hand wheel, and two feeding rate of the tail-stock quill (1:1; 20:1)
